Copyright Infringement Notices

To help us investigate your complaint, please include:

  1. identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed;
  2. a description of the material that you believe is infringing and sufficient information for us to locate it, preferably including the URL;
  3. your name and contact information, including your email address;
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

We will review copyright complaints and may remove or restrict access to material while we investigate a claim. We may contact you for additional information if necessary.

If material has been provided by a user, we may notify that user of the complaint and provide them with an opportunity to respond where appropriate.

If you are not the copyright owner or their authorised representative but have evidence that material available through FlamingText infringes copyright, please contact us and provide enough information for us to investigate the matter.
